Unwanted items will be refunded if returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Items will NOT be refunded if:
- Any tags or labels have been removed
- The item is not in its original condition, so please be mindful of makeup and fake tan when you try on your item
- For health and safety and hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be returned with the hygiene strip still attached, unless the item is faulty
In order to return an item, please COMPLETE AN ONLINE RETURNS REQUST FORM WITH DETAILS OF THE ITEM/S YOU WISH TO RETURN
Postage costs for returning items will notbe covered by Dentelle Bleue. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the item being sent back to us, so we recommend that you have your package tracked by your chosen postal service. Please ensure that items are repackaged in a satisfactory and secure manner.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping costs.
Whilst we try and treat all enquiries as quickly as possible, please allow us 48 hours to process the return. Enquiries are treated on weekdays only.
If you do receive damaged goods or have a manufacturing fault occur, contact email@example.com in order for us to attempt to rectifythe issue as quickly as possible.
